Before any interview transcript becomes an Opportunity Brief, our engine strips personally identifiable information (PII) — names, direct-dial numbers, private email addresses, and any company-identifying phrases participants may have spoken. Only sanitized, operational intelligence enters the Veracle graph.
Frontline participants are asked only what is necessary to benchmark operational friction. We do not collect biometric data, sensitive personal categories, or content unrelated to workflow realities.
Every participant may access, correct, export, or delete their contributions at any time by emailing privacy@veracle.io. Requests are honored within statutory GDPR and CCPA timeframes.
Target account lists uploaded by Veracle customers are encrypted at rest and in transit, segregated per tenant, and never used to train shared models.
Veracle operates on hardened, region-restricted cloud infrastructure. A current list of subprocessors is available on request from privacy@veracle.io.
